The Mantras Take Richmond By Storm

The Mantras, the Greensboro, NC based prog rock sextet, rolled up to Richmond, VA last Saturday for a set at The Broadberry.  And while it wasn’t a sold out house like their Halloween show last year, there wasn’t a lot of elbow room.  The band has a strong local following, and the crowd danced the night away to two great sets.  The Deems, from Harrisonburg, VA opened the show with an hour of trippy, funky jams.
