Drake confirms Future collaboration album and announces release tomorrow

Rumors have been circulating the internet for the past week about a possible Drake and Future collaboration project a la Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch The Throne. Both artists have dominated hip-hop this year with their respective albums and singles, including the collaboration “Where Ya At” on Future’s DS2.  The two are well-known to be good friends, with no less than eight collaborations to date. Earlier this month, fellow artist and OVO collaborator OB Obrien posted a possible cover for the mixtape on his Instagram page, which borrows themes from OVO’s signature owl and Future’s DS2‘s cover. It was taken down soon after.

Back at the beginning of 2015, Drake told us this was their year. With his ridiculously successful mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, his OVO Sound radio show in Apple Beats1, his clear victory over Meek Mill this summer and his upcoming album Views from the Six, who could really disagree with him at this point? We look forward to his all his upcoming releases and will keep you informed every step of the way.
