Vibe Street, Zoogma, and Unlimited Aspect to Take on the Ogden

Solid sounds on tap at the Ogden Theatre here in Denver on Saturday the 24th, with hometown grass-hop innovator Ben Davis, better known as Vibe Street headlining the night, supported by Zoogma, Project Unlimited, and Evanoff.  This is Davis’s first headlining show at the Ogden, having sold out the famed Blue Bird Theater for the first time back in April. This time around finds Davis just a week removed from the release of the second installment of his “Fresh Cut Grass” mixtape series, sponsored by Grassroots California.

Zoogma has kept busy in their own right. Saturday night will be the band fourth stop of their tour supporting their future-blues concept EP, A Future In Blues.  The band has long been known for their ability to blend genres to create a high-energy dance party, so it will be interesting to hear their ‘future-blues’ vision brought to life.

And then we’ve got the Unlimited Aspect live band, the side project/musical love-child of Project Aspect and Unlimited Gravity. Another couple of hometown boys ready to show out, the two Colorado artists are combining efforts along with drummer Steve Kuzma to bring to life their particular brand of synthy, glitched out hip-hop sample-riddled bass music.

Finally, we’ve got Unlimited Aspect label-mates on Mile High Sound Movement, Evanoff, bringing their live electronica sound to kick things off and get the evening started off right.

Throw on this new Zoogma/Unlimited Aspect tune while you’re getting ready Saturday:
