On the Road to Hulaween Tour with MZG and Bells and Robes
MZG and Bells & Robes are pleased to announce their Road To Hulaween Tour, which starts this Tuesday in Gainesville. They have five shows together before descending upon Suwannee Hulaween at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak. Both groups are excited for this great opportunity on the road and at the park. The tour is sponsored by Brotherly Love Productions. Organic Vision Presents, Don’t Fret Entertainment, Over Easy Creative, and Bangarang Events (Jax, FL).
MZG are Charles Weinert (production, programming) and Zachary Weinert (production, programming), playing electronic boogie music. Monozygotic are twin brothers who “explore the Funk-Disco-R&B genres accompanied by an electronic sound palette.” They are gaining in stature with every show they play.
The Chicago natives are no strangers to the park; they now live in Florida. They have performed there often, including their collaboration with Allen Aucoin at Purple Hatter’s Ball in June and a great set at Roosevelt Collier’s Summer Splashdown in July.
Bells & Robes are Luke Sipka and Dean Spaniol. These two have performed as B&R for more than three years now, and they have played countless dates and numerous festivals both big and intimate, including Hulaween, AURA Music & Arts Festival, Purple Hatter’s Ball, Summer Splashdown, Orange Blossom Jamboree and the Imagine Festival.
The Gainesville duo describe themselves as “electronic future beats” artists. Their music ranges from wonderfully hypnotic trance to full-on jams. They create their own “electro-soundscapes” for use as they play. Sipka plays live keyboards and synths while Spaniol plays drums and triggers samples. Their music makes you feel great. They release their most recent EP, How Could We Have Known, last spring.
