Initial Lineup Announced for New Suwannee Spring Reunion Festival

The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak has released the initial lineup for the new Suwannee Spring Reunion festival. It is going to be a reunion on and off the stage as music lovers and musicians gather March 23-25 for three days of top notch Bluegrass, Americana and Folk performances. The first round of artists include many familiar faces at the SOSMP including Donna the Buffalo, Jerry Douglas presents Earls of Leicester, Peter Rowan, Jim Lauderdale, Verlon Thompson, Joe Craven, Jeff Mosier and Pickled Holler, Quartermoon, The TurtleDuhks, Grandpa’s Cough Medicine, and Sloppy Joe.

There will also be a plethora of activities at the park throughout the weekend for kids of all ages such as The Kid’s Tent, yoga, artist workshops, eclectic arts and crafts as well as jam sessions at the Bill Monroe Shrine and Slopryland. The park offers ample hiking trails, canoe trips, golf cart rentals, and a well stocked country store. As you wander through the campgrounds, you will also find plenty of campfire pickers going at it night and day as friends reunite under the ancient moss draped trees.
