SkyDaddy is About to Hit the Road!

SkyDaddy has announced tour dates for spring! The New York-based quartet will be appearing at venues throughout the tri-state area and will even hit a couple of spots across the pond. A few tour highlights include an opening gig for folk-singer-songwriter Amy Helm at Rockwood Music Hall, accompanying the Phish tribute supergroup Multibeast at Bearsville Theater, and jamming abroad with two acoustic sets in London. SkyDaddy will also be making their first-ever appearance at the 7th annual Rock N Roll Resort, a perfect place to kick start the festival season.

SkyDaddy hails from the Hudson Valley area of New York. The band was founded in 2004 by bassist and vocalist Dave Heinz and guitarist and vocalist Tom Clancey during their time as Marist College students. The two were later joined by sax player Joe North and drummer Pat Agresta, completing the soulful jam band that exists today. SkyDaddy’s sound is a smooth fusion of jazz and funk with catchy, stand-out vocals and frequent bluesy elements.
