Twiddle Debuts Six New Songs from “Plump Chapter 2” in NYC

Twiddle made their first-ever performance at Playstation Theater one to remember as they debuted six new songs from Plump Chapter 2. The highly anticipated tunes consisted of “Orlandos,” which had a sit-in from Trey Anastasio Band/Lettuce saxophone player James Casey and Enrique Sanches on trumpet; “New Sun,” written and sung by drummer Brook Jordan; “Juggernaut,” a highenergy Rage Against the Machine-type political anthem of unrest; “Milk,” a funky tune that features Mike Gantzer of opening band Aqueous; “Niceodemus Portulay,” a tale of characters; and barnyard stomp “Fat Country Baby,” which was written by bassist Zdenek Gubb. The two-night run also consisted of appearances by Shira Elias of Turkuaz and 13-year-old guitar prodigy Brandon “Taz” Niederauer of Broadway’s School of Rock. Check out the photo coverage of night one (3/31/2017) and setlists from both nights provided by utwiddle.net below:
