Hey, Babe! It ‘s Time for the Blue Ox Music Festival!
Chances are all you bluegrass fans are already headed to Eau Claire WI for the Blue Ox Music Festival, so you can peruse the schedule (not while you’re driving, though!). Not on your way yet? It’s not too late. Music starts Thursday, June 8th, at 5 PM. Time to get packing.
The Thursday schedule includes Sam Bush, Fruition, The Travelin’ McCourys, and Jeff Austin. And then Austin and the McCourys join forces for Grateful Ball.
Friday is jam-packed with great music beginning with Laska at 11 AM. Pert Near Sandstone plays their first of two sets, and the day includes Greensky Bluegrass, The Infamous Stringdusters, Son Volt, and Horseshoes and Hand Grenades.
Saturday is just as full, headlined by Railroad Earth, Drive-By Truckers, The Punch Brothers, Keller and the Keels, and Rumpke Mountain Boys, with Pert Near Sandstone up again.
And then there are the late-night shows, including Saturday’s massive sendoff from Pert Near Earth, featuring members of Railroad Earth, Pert Near Sandstone, and more!
