Modest Mouse Hits the Road in Support of ‘Strangers to Ourselves’

Modest Mouse released their highly anticipated new album Strangers to Ourselves  in March of this year. The album is their first release since 2007’s fan favorite We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank, and it was well worth the wait. The album has the distinct Modest Mouse sound we all know and love but still shows growth within the band; it’s all fans could have dreamed of. Once Strangers was released, the band embarked on a world tour in support of it and are most likely coming to a city near you soon. If you’ve never seen a Modest Mouse show before, make it a point to get to one on this tour. The band mixes in all of the classics with new favorites such as “Lampshades on Fire” and “The Ground Walks, with Time in a Box.” The band lands back in the US on July 17th when they hit the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. Check out the rest of the tour dates below; tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
