JJ Grey Just Announced Solo Shows and Full Band Shows
JJ Grey, the Jacksonville, Florida, Southern rock, blues and soul powerhouse, has added a number of rare solo shows to an already packed tour with Mofro to end the year on a strong touring streak.
From his early days playing small juke joints around Florida to now headlining major shows and festivals all over the world, JJ has always delivered fiercely raw performances and won fans at every turn.
Looking at the Mofro tour schedule for the rest of the year, it would appear there are no days off from now until New Year’s, but he has managed to squeeze in a few more dates, including some very rare solo performances. These shows are a chance to hear JJ Grey at his most stripped-down and raw musical roots.
JJ Grey & Mofro have released a total of nine studio albums, culminating with Ol’ Glory in 2015. Each of the albums have songs that are in constant live rotation and each album has strong fan favorites. JJ has also toured heavily with Southern Soul Assembly featuring roots rock legends Luther Dickinson, Anders Osborne and Marc Broussard.
