Another week another Bonnaroo double feature. This week we are taking a peek at CHIC and CloZee, two artists that have fans across generations buzzing!
CHIC featuring Nile Rodgers

For those of you who love the funk, prepare to get funkay. CHIC featuring Nile Rodgers is disco funk royalty, and they will be gracing the Bonnaroo grounds with their presence. Prepare to “Dance, Dance, Dance” the night away to their groovy show. Do not be surprised at all if some/all of these guys show up at the Superjam! Nile and the band have been doing this since the ’70s and have been nominated to go into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 11 times. Do not miss your chance to see these guys before time takes them away from us!
CloZee

CloZee (Chloe Herry) is a French DJ who has been blowing up across the festival scene in the past year. With her sets echoing an etherial sound (think Beats Antique) , CloZee uses all manner of objects to create her unique sound. The French artist even takes great inspiration from foley artists (sound effects), according to an interview with image-line.com. Chloe self-identifies her music as a mix of trip hop, glitch hop, world music, and future bass. Whatever you call it, one thing is certain: CloZee has a sound all her own.
