Governors Ball Replaces Brockhampton with Pusha T
Pusha T has been added to the Governors Ball lineup. He will serve as a replacement for Brockhampton, as they have cancelled all of their US tour dates to regroup after allegations of abuse swirled Twitter about member Ameer Vann.
You can catch the rapper this Saturday on the American stage at 5:45 pm. He’s expected to draw a massive crowd due to the recent release of his album Daytona. Daytona is his first full-length release since 2015’s Darkest Before Dawn. Daytona was produced entirely by Kanye West and has already made controversial waves for the album cover art, which features a photo published in 2006 of Whitney Houston’s drug-filled bathroom. According to Pusha, the idea came from Kanye and that he also paid the $85,000 fee for the photo.
