Fall Out Boy: M A N I A!

Love them, hate them, or do not care, it is undeniable that Fall Out Boy (FOB) are one of the biggest and best bands doing it right now. Starting out as an indie band with their hit “Sugar, We’re Goin Down,” FOB have consistently pushed themselves to challenge and evolve their sound at every given opportunity. One of the main ways the band has pushed their artistry is never passing up an opportunity to collaborate with other artists, regardless of what would initially seem to be a clashing style of music. Elton John, Steve Aoki, Nikki Sixx, Lolo, Wiz Kahlifa and Good Charlotte only begin to touch the surface of the variety of artists who have come together to make the smash hit catalogue that Fall Out Boy commands. Their most recent album M A N I A marks the band’s fourth Number 1 album on the Billboard charts, and the over-the-top showmanship of the accompanying tour matches that level of accomplishment.

To start things off, these guys definitely turned up the heat. Flames jut from all directions all throughout the show, and pay special attention to bassist Pete Wentz: his bass guitar might just have a spicy surprise waiting for you!

The other striking portion of the M A N I A rig will vary from venue to venue. The band, combined with some liama suited distractions with a t-shirt cannon and a lot of athleticism, run as fast as they can and suddenly appear out of nowhere and rise into the air to play a series of songs. What this means for those seeing the tour in a large stadium is that at some point everyone gets a more close-up show from the band, eliminating concerns of having “bad seats.”

Different stops along the way on the tour bring along performances from great bands such as Rise Against, Gym Class Heros, Every Time I Die and more as well as consistent support from Machine Gun Kelly, a hip hop artist currently in the spotlight due to a rap battle beef with the illustrious Eminem.

With 15 stops left, this tour is just getting rolling. Hurry to grab tickets now before they are all gone!
