Celebrating 15 Years, Groove Cruise Miami Sets Sail January 10-14

The highly anticipated Groove Cruise Miami celebrates its 15th anniversary with several new changes to the world’s first and largest dance music festival at sea.

The well-attended music festival is scheduled to set sail January 10 to 14, 2019. The festival organizers have rebooted the popular Groove Cruise Miami with some exciting changes, including a new theme, new ship, new port, and new cruise destinations.

For those desiring to escape the winter blues after the new year, the meeting spot for this year’s Groove Cruise will be Fort Lauderdale. The Port of Fort Lauderdale is the home of Celebrity Infinity, a 2,170-passenger ship that will be taken over for four straight days and turned into a groovy vessel with stages, lights, and lasers. If you love a steady stream of music, it’s time to get your groove on while partying at sea.

The Groove Cruise Miami will be traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Key West, Key West to Cozumel, and then Cozumel back to port in Fort Lauderdale. There will be excursions on both stops for those who want to explore Key West and Cozumel, or they stay on board to catch some rays while listening to live performances.

This cruise will feature a diverse helping of progressive, trance and house music to satisfy the winter hunger for beats that will keep those on board groovin’ the entire cruise.

The featured roster of headlining acts include EDM giant Kaskade, trance specialists Aly & Fila, house legend Hot Since 82, MK (Marc Kinchen), Markus Schulz and Simon Patterson.
