Wine & Trucks Festival… & Music!

The Edible Northeast Florida’s Fall Festival rolls into Jacksonville Beach Saturday, November 17th, at noon for Wine & Trucks and lots more. It takes place at the Seawalk Pavilion, presented by Sight and Sound Productions, and you’re invited!

This fall we’re hosting a community festival that showcases just how delicious wine and food truck fare by the sea can be. Join us for Wine & Trucks! Local vendors, kid-friendly activities, wine, craft beer, live music, and more. If you love food, and you love wine, this is one event you won’t want to miss. #pinkiesdown
Wine & Trucks is FREE for all to attend, but if you love wine grab a ticket into the Wine Tasting Area of the event.

Now that sounds like a blast! But how about that live music? Here is the schedule:

12:00 – 1:00  Ramona
  1:30 – 2:45  Bonnie Blue
  3:15 – 4:30  Trail Diver
  5:00 – 6:15  The Firewater Tent Revival
  6:45 – 8:00  The Roosevelt Collier Trio

The Wine & Trucks Facebook page has nice bios on each of the artists performing, but here is a thumbnail sketch:

Ramona and band perform eclectic covers and will give the day a nice beginning.

Ramona

Bonnie Blue are an outstanding Southern rock band who adeptly handled rock and blues in all shapes and sizes. This excellent Jacksonville band has played at many festivals and in clubs across the country.

Trail Diver, a Jacksonville Beach group, have been delighting audiences by  offering up their “acid funk and mushroom jazz.”

If you’re looking for a joyously eclectic mix, then The Firewater Tent Revival are right up your alley. They self-describe as a “high-energy string band” Face it: any band with washboard, fiddle, sax and banjo has got to be fun.

Music concludes with one of the masters of the sacred steel pedal guitar, Roosevelt Collier, former (and occasional) member of the groundbreaking Lee Boys from Miami. Collier can funk, rock, play the blues, and keeping you dancing all night! And his band is spectacular!

Wine & Trucks & Music! That’s a trifecta, ladies and gentlemen!
