Guavatron. That is all.
There’s not much point in trying to define exactly what it is that Guavatron plays; they tend not to color within the lines. Jam, rock, funk, pop, electronica, jazz, space stuff… see what I mean. The best thing is that, whatever they’re playing at the moment, they’re killin’ it! They had a great crowd rockin’ the entire set at Suwannee Hulaween, making many new fans along the way.
Guavatron will close out the year with two shows. The first one is Saturday, the 29th, as they blow out a Throwback ’80s Bash at the Terra Firmata Tiki Bar. Dancing shows highly recommended.

They’ll drop the ball on New Year’s at Guanabanas Island Restaurant & Bar in Jupiter along with rockin’ reggae quintet from Naples Sowflo. That will be a blast!
Among shows already announced for 2019 are a pair of dates at Dunedin Brewery along with like-minded funksters Tand at the beginning of February.
And I hereby declare — as I do every time — that Guavatron are my favorite band in Florida. Period. The end. (Colin Christopher’s, too.)
