SENSORiUM Music & Arts Festival Returns to Philadelphia Saturday

SENSORiUM Music & Arts Festival returns to Philadelphia, this time at the legendary Ukie Club on Franklin (in Northern Liberties) on Saturday, August 24. Music will splash across three stages, and you’ll find the city’s finest craft and food vendors, tasty beer and drink specials all day, and a sensational visual and interactive art lineup. The Progressive Art Society and DR01D Visuals are among the visual artists, art installations, and galleries representing. And there are workshops and activities for you to take part in as well!

SENSORiUM is the amalgamation of perception, the sum of sensation, it’s where experience and environment combine.

The music lineup is bonkers! Music cranks up at noon until 10 p.m., and the After-party (very limited tickets available) rolls until 2. Although there are overlaps, you can see everybody on the two main stages: Milky Way and Andromeda. Your next trick is to see as many of the DJs as possible at Black Hole!

MILKY WAY

El Ten Eleven are two guys who make a world of music. Tobacco brings you some outrageous digital psych-funk, and your hosts Tweed deliver jamchronica, indie funktronica, and disco stuff, not necessarily in that order.

And that’s not all! Space Bacon, Flux Capacitor, Deep Creature, and Solar Circuit also hit Milky Way.

ANDROMEDA

The second stage is also loaded, with Smigonaut, 5AM TRIO, MALAKAI, Face Plant, Tygris, and Wessanders.

BLACK HOLE

The DJ lounge schedule is tight! Agent Zero Music Live, goldenSpiral, Patrick Richards, Nah Mean?, Jabair, Stamoulo, and Newpy Hundo are all on tap.
