Jam Cruise 22 Reveals Stellar Lineup Headed by The Disco Biscuits, MMW, The Wood Brothers
Jam Cruise celebrates its 22nd sailing with a dazzling lineup helmed by seasoned musical giants The Disco Biscuits, Medeski Martin & Wood, and The Wood Brothers. Set for February 7–12, the best party at sea will once again set sail on the luxurious MSC Divina from the Port of Miami with stops in Grand Turk and Ocean Cay, Bahamas.
Joining the headliners for Jam Cruise 22 is a roster of more than 30 artists including Jam Cruise veterans Galactic featuring Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Lettuce, Lotus, The New Mastersounds, Dumpstaphunk, and George Porter, Jr. (who will appear with Meters’ bandmate Leo Nocentelli as GEOLEO) among others. Filling out the lineup is a treasure trove of old and new Jam Cruise artists including Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Jazz Mandolin Project with Phish’s Jon Fishman, Cimafunk, Eggy, Taper’s Choice, Grace Bowers & The Hodge Podge, Mihali, BALTHVS, Here Come The Mummies, High Fade, Lebo’s Yacht Rock, Diggin Dirt, Lachy Doley, Dizgo, Parlor Greens, Fireside Collective, Kendall Street Company, Chalk Dinosaur, The Sweet Lillies, Shira Elias & Sammi Garett Super Jam, Everyone Orchestra, Flying Mojito Bros, DJ AirWolf, and Luke The Knife.
But wait! There’s more! Artists at large include The Horn Section, Chali 2na, Kanika Moore, Mike Dillon, Skerik, Anna Moss, Joe Ashlar, and Emma Rose. Plus the popular Masters Camp At Sea, where fans can learn from some of the best musicians in the business, this year exploring new territory. Dubbed Brother & Sister & Friends: Jamming on The Allman Brothers, the camp will feature second-generation Southern rock royalty with Vaylor Trucks, Melody Trucks, and Berry Oakley Jr. Added to that lineup are Peter Levin and Cliff Porter and three members of excellent tribute band Steeln’ Peaches: Chuck Magid, Daniel Heitz, and Aaron Buckingham.
Sets will be played across eight distinct stages including the ship’s Pool Deck Main Stage, the1500-seat Pantheon Theater, the more intimate Black and White Jam Room, communal Golden Jazz Lounge, multi-tiered Atrium, the seaside Garden Pool Deck, Galaxy Disco, and The Spot!
Presented by Cloud 9 Adventures, Jam Cruise keeps the good vibes rolling with a variety of activities that break down the walls between musicians and fans including artist talks, fun and games, theme nights culminating in a costume contest, Chefs At Sea, Wellness At Sea, Brews At Sea, and more. Positivity Legacy, a 501c3 non profit, will also return to offer fans the opportunity to give back during a day of service focused on lifting up the communities visited by Jam Cruise.
