Premier sacred steel artists The Lee Boys celebrate 25 years!
Thereโs something righteous in the water in South Florida. Need proof? Just check out The Lee Boys, ready to celebrate a quarter-century as one the greatest ever sacred steel bands. And they come from a long line of amazing players and singers. So how will they celebrate 25 years bringing the power and the light to millions of fans nationwide?

They will gather at The Funky Biscuit in Boca Raton February 15, and they have called back its best-known occupant of the steel chair: Roosevelt Collier. Collier has been everywhere, touring with his band, with incredible Allman Brothers tribute band Trouble No More, with Jelly Roll, and appearing as a guest countless times across many genres.

They have also invited Melody Trucks, daughter of the late Butch Trucks, for decades in deep friendship with the family, not to mention them playing at a Trucks family wedding! The vocalist and percussionist is bringing her remarkable young proteges The Fitzkee Brothers. They have been touring with her for four years, and they are outstanding. She began working with teenagers Alex Fitzkee (drums) and Drew Fitzkee (bass) several years ago, so long ago that Drew is now 21 (Alex just turned 19).

Thatโs whatโs on tap at The Funky Biscuit: righteous sacred steel music and much more from this storied band and friends. It will sell out pronto! Grab your tickets NOW!
