You may or may not be familiar with Unusual Noise. This planner (possibly Mike Bryant of Dunedin Brewery) promotes and distributes underrepresented original music via live concerts & recordings. Unusual Noise has created dozens and dozens of superb events, and the first two for 2026 arrive Friday and Saturday!

The improvisational outlet that is Brain Emoji headlines along with Legacy Orchestra Collective. Brain Emoji features the aforementioned Bryant on keyboards, synths, vocals, stuff; Joe Marcinek (Joe Marcinek Band, Dead Funk Summit), guitar, vocals, keyboards; Vinny Svoboda (Anthill Cinema, Road to Nowhere), bass; and Jamie Newitt (The Heavy Pets, tiny.blips), drums, percussion, vocals, stuff.

Legacy Orchestra Collective is lead by Sean “Legacy” Maloney, guitar, vocals. He will be joined by Austin Llewellyn (Row Jomah, Road to Nowhere), keyboards; Caleb Bone (The Reality), bass, VOCALS!; Dave Gerulat (Tire Fire, shoeless soul), drums, percussion; and Austin Eunice, tenor saxophone.

Unusual Noise presents A Road to Whippersnap Pre-Party featuring Jason Hann (League of Sound Disciples, The String Cheese Incident) drums and percussion; Joe Marcinek (Joe Marcinek Band, Dead Funk Summit), guitar, vocals; and Delvon Lamarr (Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio), Hammond B3, keyboards; and Friends.



Local jam favorites MiniM and @tiny_blips (Jamie Newitt) will open the great night of music.
