Jam Cruise 23 Unveils Expansive Lineup led by Parliament Funkadelic ft. George Clinton, Stephen Marley, moe., Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Lettuce and More
For its 23rd sailing, Jam Cruise unveiled a panoramic lineup led by Parliament Funkadelic ft. George Clinton, Stephen Marley, moe., Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Lettuce and more. Set for February 4-10, 2027, the six-day bacchanal will leave Miami, FL aboard the MSC Poesia with stops in Ocho Rios, Jamaica; Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico.

The best party at sea will also feature JC veterans and jam stalwarts Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Andy Frasco & The U.N., Dogs in a Pile, supergroup LaMP (Russ Lawton, Ray Paczkowski, Scott Metzger) plus beloved regulars Dumpstaphunk and George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners. The diverse billing will also spotlight bluegrass with Jamgrass kings The Kitchen Dwellers, bluegrass/Americana heroines The Sweet Lilies and Shadow Grass among others. Fans craving heavier beats can take in power trio and returning champions lespecial plus a wide array of electronic and jamtronica acts including Dirtwire, DJ Brownie (Marc Brownstein of The Disco Biscuits), DEADTRONICA and Vincent Antone.

Not to be outdone by their male counterparts, the women of JC23 are poised to blow minds. Jam Cruise favorites Karina Rykman, Kanika Moore, Shira Elias and Sammi Garett will be on hand along with power hitter and JC veteran Nikki Glaspie, who will lead Super Sonic Shorties, an all-female supergroup. Newcomers Sarah Elaz and Bella Rayne will also be there among the artists-at-large.
An enduring feature of Jam Cruise is the one-of-a-kind collaborations that happen nowhere else. Lebo’s Dead At Sea and Yacht Rock led by Dan Lebo of ALO, Everyone Orchestra and a Cimafunk-led superjam are among the many surprises awaiting fans.
While the expansive lineup has something for every taste including new and returning acts, one beloved band that will be absent in February is Galactic, a Jam Cruise staple from the very beginning. This will be the first time the group will miss a sailing due to conflicting dates set for Mardi Gras in their hometown of New Orleans.
While music is the fuel that powers every Jam Cruise, fans can expect much more including a Masters at Sea Camp conducted by their favorite artists, costume theme nights, wellness activities, games plus Chefs at Sea and Brews at Sea, programs curated by master chefs and brewers from around the U.S. and much more.
Produced by Cloud 9 Adventures, Jam Cruise will continue its longstanding partnership with charitable organization Positive Legacy integrating music and service into the experience. Positive Legacy is a non profit that works to positively impact the environment, offset the carbon footprint of traveling, and support the local communities who welcome Jam Cruise to their shores.
