Toy Drives, X-Mas Rager and More on Tap for The Heavy Pets
The Heavy Pets, favorite sons of Florida and jam masters for two decades, just returned from a great ten-show run with Buffalo jammers Aqueous, and now they’re geared up for six great shows here at home, beginning this Friday (November 30th) in West Palm Beach, their first time at Voltaire. Lindsey Mills of Surfer Blood will open the show.
The Pets travel to Fort White on Friday, December 7th, at Rum 138 with Gainesville rockers Locochino. The next day is the second annual Holiday Toy Drive hosted by Row Jomah, the great Clearwater band, at Dunedin Brewery.
They will join The Groove Orient for their third annual X-Mas Rager at Will’s Pub in Orlando on Friday, December 14th. Also on the bill are excellent Atlanta funksters Voodoo Visionary.
Finally, they will visit Jacksonville, playing 1904 Music Hall on Thursday, December 20th, then return home to host the Holiday Ball & Toy Drive in Fort Lauderdale at Revolution Live along with Surfer Blood.
