Brooks & Dunn Will Heat Up the Music at the 2019 KISS Country Chili CookOff

There are few constants in the music festival scene in South Florida. There are a number of amazing festivals that arrive with tremendous fanfare every year only to disappear within a few years. However, when it comes to longevity and continuous turnout with sold-out shows every year, there is only one South Florida festival that can claim that title: The KISS Country Chili Cookoff.

In its 34th year, the annual Chili CookOff is the biggest country music festival and chili competition in South Florida. Throughout the years, the festival has developed a cult-like following by delivering a strong lineup consisting of some country music’s biggest names coupled with a full day of fun.

Brooks & Dunn, LoCash and Luke Combs are among the popular country acts who will headline the KISS Country Chili Cook-off on Jan. 26 at C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines.

The festival has expanded its musical offerings with the addition of a second stage. Country music lovers can expect a full day of non-stop music by simply going back and forth between stages.

If you love a good bowl of chili, there will be plenty of chili-themed dishes along with other tasty eats to satisfy your hunger. The competition will be fierce for the coveted chili cookoff trophy. To wash down all that spicy chili, there will be plenty of cold beer, including local craft beers and other beverages to cool down those attending.

Hosted by country radio station WKIS, 99-9-FM the Chili CookOff lineup includes Rodney Atkins, Tyler Rich, Jon Langston, Runaway June, the James Barker Band, Dylan Schneider and Adam Hambrick.
