Bobby Lee Rodgers is Back on the Road! Catch Him If You Can!

Bobby Lee Rodgers is a mild-mannered gentleman from South Florida, unassuming… right until he pulls out that guitar and transforms into a true rock superstar. Well, he should be. He’s one of the greatest guitar-slingers on the scene, easily blending genres including rock, jam, jazz, and funk. And he has an Art Blakey-like status as a veteran rocker who has helped to develop countless rhythm section players and other musicians.

Recently, he has returned to playing all-jazz sets on occasion, a very welcome occurrence, but be assured he can shake ’em on down with the best of the best. Rodgers just launched his big tour last night (February 22nd). Coming up are two shows with Pink Talking Fish, six dates in support of the Marcus King Band (three of those also with North Mississippi Allstars), and four shows with Brandon ‘Taz’ Niederauer.

Rodgers will perform at Sweet Life Music Festival in Jacksonville Beach, Swamptown Getdown Festival in Waycross, the Wanee Block Party in Ft. Lauderdale, and the Peach Music Festival in Scranton.
