One down, three to go for The Nth Power at Jazz Fest

The Nth Power have three more big shows on their Jazz Fest schedule. Their late spring/summer schedule currently boasts three festivals shows in addition to their other dates. Their show April 23 featured the music of Bob Marley.

Friday, May 1, The Nth Power holds forth at Republic NOLA for another edition of their spectacular Earth Wind & Power show (and there are just a few folks in town to help out).

Saturday, May 2, The Nths stay put at Republic NOLA for a show they call STEELY DANth, again with lots of assistance, including from Tim Palmieri, who just blew up a massive Mashing Up Steely Dan and Jeff Beck show Tuesday in Dunedin.

Finally, on Monday, May 4, Nick Cassarino, Nikki Glaspie, and Nate Edgar are proud to present their new album Dream Alive at this release show. This is the group’s sixth album, further demonstration that they still firmly believe in the power of love. The trio have already released the title track and “The Simple Life” with The Soul Rebels.

Festival appearances this summer include Michael Arnone’s 33rd Annual Crawfish Fest in Frankford NJ, Blues Brews & BBQ Festival in Allentown, and a set in Johnstown at Flood City Music Festival.
