Sunshine Hootenanny Returns in November with Amazing Lineup
Turner Moore and Jillian Grant and the entire crew at Sunshine Music & Arts Festivals just produced their third wildly successful Sunshine Get Down in April, and now they are back to reprise their equally deluxe event Sunshine Hootenanny, which debuted last November. Once again, the lineup they have curated for this year’s event at Florida Sand Music Ranch November 13–15 is mind-blowing.

Check out the headliners: Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Terrapin Famoe.ly Band with Vinnie Amico and Al Schnier from moe., and Eggy.
Daniel Donato and crew have been wowing audiences for more than four years, including our initial introduction at Suwannee Rising 2022. Their wide range of genres keeps everyone dancing. Donato also matches up with Brandon “Taz” Niederaurer in the fine tribute band Trouble No More. And speaking of Taz, he and his band are also atop he lineup! Expect fireworks!

Terrapin Famoe.ly Band with Vinnie Amico and Al Schnier is the first collaboration between Terrapin Family Band (Grahame Lesh, Ross James, Jason Crosby, and Alex Koford) and the boys from moe. Expect more fireworks!
Eggy are six years into their experiment in jam, which has taken them across the country with stops at Jam Cruise, the inaugural Amp Jam in March, Suwannee Hulaween, and more festivals from east to west.

The best surprise for those not already familiar might be Magic Beans from Colorado, true jamsters of stunning talent and joy. Their grooves dig deep.

Expect jamgrass from Birmingham with Mountain Grass Unit, deservedly gaining reputation on the scene. Houseplant are a “Louisville-based band blending improvisation, indie-rock energy, lush psychedelic soundscapes, and groove-driven rhythms. New lineup, new chapter.”
The Sunshine State has plenty to offer, beginning with prog jam masters Electric Kif from Miami and blazing Southern rockers Bonnie Blue (Jacksonville), featuring Willis Gore, a badass guitarist with the best Southern growl.
Seranation from St. Pete are prominent on the national scene with their own style of reggae and more. The incomparable Jessica Jones brings her Project to Sunshine Hootenanny with brilliant vocals.
Sarasota will send Ship of Fools, who play the music of The Dead, The Stones, The Beatles, and many others. Moonstone Riders from Naples have a rapidly rising fan base due to their electric rockin’ and rollin’.
Prodigal Sons also hail from Southwest Florida, playing Americana, folk & Irish tunes, while rockers Have Gun Will Travel have created a huge following in the Tampa area and beyond.
We’re excited to see Blackwater Grease again. These Jax’s boys’ last area appearance was at Orange Blossom Jamboree, pre-Covid. Face the Fence are one of the young rock bands blossoming out of the Sgammato School of Music.
DJ MorGanja will handle the late-night silent disco, and DO NOT SLEEP on Dandy Lush, a dynamite new band from Dunedin. We guarantee!

Expect superb lights, outrageous lasers, excellent sound, great vendors, friendly staff, and a thousand+ of your best friends, including the one you haven’t met yet!
