Roosevelt Collier: THE DR. IS IN!
Sacred steel cum righteous funk purveyor Roosevelt Collier is putting the band back together, if only for three shows this go-around. Collier, most recently on tour everywhere with Jelly Roll, is heading to central Florida for shows at Dunedin Brewery Friday, July 25, and at Judson’s Live, the amazing new world-class club at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Saturday and Sunday.

Collier is playing tonight (July 23) and Thursday in Boca Raton at The Funky Biscuit with Trouble No More, the celebration of The Allman Brothers Band. Joining him in the band is Aaron “Bucky” Buckingham, also a member of excellent tribute band Steeln’ Peaches. Buckingham will join Collier for the three weekend dates, as will Harry Ong on bass and Hammond B3 master Tommy Shugart, winging in from Colorado for the shows.
