Fox Fam Jam returns with Phantasmagoria this weekend

The Fox Fam Jam folks are back with their sophomore effort, the debut of Phantasmagoria, November 5–7 at Florida SandMusic Ranch in Brooksville, Florida. They’ve got three great days of music lined up starting Friday, with costume days, late-night shenanigans, and lots more on tap. Let’s look at the schedule.

First, please note that there are three exponents of The Sgammato Music School on the schedule, and school principals Chris Sgammato and Kyle Sareyani will also perform with their bands in addition to supporting these teenage musicians. Don’t miss these sets!

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5

4:00–5:15  Chaston Jay

Nice acoustic set to open the day

5:30–7:00  Custard Pie

Superb trio crushed at Fam Jam. Expect even more.

7:00–8:30  Mr. Whiskers & the Nine Lives

Every time out, this massive big band (more than nine!) impresses with a great show and outstanding musicianship.

8:45–10:15  Tru Phonic

East coast funk has never sounded better than this horn-driven group.

10:30–12:00  Firewater Tent Revival

Few collectives deserve this headlining slot more than this manic collective.
